"With all the rigmarole of my daily life, I'm not one to write reviews, however I have to say that Daniel and his team have been wonderful. Daniel spent so much time caring for our new little family and making sure to thoroughly explain each question (and question we didn't know we had) which is not something I've experienced with insurance agencies of my past. Also, a Minor detail that I love about this agency, is that they put stamps on any return mail that's necessary. It just makes my life that much easier."

"Whatever you do, do not call this agency. They rarely answer the phone. Usually an answering service does, and they will not return your call. I'm trying to add my son to my policy, but they keep telling me that I have to call an 800 number, and when I called, I was told that only the agency can do it....the same agency that told me I have to call the 800 number. Pathetic. I have never tried so hard to give my money to someone, but apparently if it requires any sort of effort, they don't want your money. Terrible experience, terrible customer service."
